Prepaid Event Partnerships: How They Work

If your church, school, association or family runs several events a year, you pay for each one separately, brief us separately and hope the dates are free. A prepaid partnership replaces that cycle.

How it works:

1. We agree your calendar of events for the period.
2. You commit to the scope and make payments on an agreed schedule.
3. We reserve your dates and plan resources against them.
4. Every event is delivered under one written agreement.

What sits in the agreement:

• The events and dates covered
• Equipment and services included
• The payment schedule
• What happens if a date moves
• How extras are quoted

This suits churches, schools, associations and families who hold regular functions. Standard bookings still carry a 50% deposit to secure the date. A partnership agreement covers the arrangement across several events.
