Graduations and Institutional Events: Done Properly, Every Year
graduation event hire Zimbabwe, school event tent hire, institutional event management
Graduations, prize-givings and open days are among the most visible events an institution holds. Parents, sponsors and government officials attend, and the setup shapes how people judge you.
ChloAce supplies the tents, seating, staging, décor and logistics for these events. We are not the event producer; we are the hire and setup partner.
What these events need from a supplier:
- Capacity. Tents and seating for hundreds of guests, often in one sitting
- Staging. A clear, visible stage for the platform party and graduates
- Sound. Speeches and names must be heard at the back
- Ceremony details. Procession routes, reserved seating and signage
- Reliability. The date cannot move, and the equipment has to arrive on time
- Documentation. Photography and video of the graduates and the ceremony
Event production, media and sound for institutional and corporate functions are led by Lexorium Productions, and ChloAce supplies the hire items.
What institutions should ask suppliers:
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| What is your capacity and how fast can you set up? | Large events need a structured build |
| Who is on site on the day? | Someone needs authority to fix problems |
| What backups do you hold? | Failures happen, preparation decides the outcome |
| Can you work to a tender or RFQ format? | Institutions often need formal quotations and compliance documents |
