The Cheapest Quote Is Usually Missing Something

You received three quotes. One is far cheaper. Before you pick it, ask what it leaves out.

Commonly missing from low quotes:

• Delivery and collection fees
• Setup and dismantling labour
• Flooring or walkways
• Lighting and power
• Linen and covers
• Backup equipment
• A coordinator on the day

Those items don't disappear. They appear later as extras, or they appear as problems on the day.

What we do differently: our quotes list what is included, what is extra and what is excluded. You know the full cost before you commit.

Send us the quote you have. We'll price the same scope so you can compare fairly.
