Behind the Scenes: What Happens on Setup Day

Guests see the finished event. Here is what happens before they arrive.

The sequence:

1. Site check. The crew confirms the ground, access and power.
2. Marking. The footprint is measured and marked.
3. Structure. The tent frame goes up first, then roof and sides.
4. Flooring and walkways. Surfaces are laid before furniture.
5. Furniture. Tables and chairs are placed to the layout plan.
6. Linen and décor. Styling goes in after the furniture is set.
7. Lighting and sound. Equipment is installed and tested.
8. Final walk-through. The coordinator checks everything against the plan.

Why it matters: each stage depends on the one before. Rushing the order creates rework and delays.

This is why we ask for site access early, and why we don't accept last-minute changes to the layout without warning.
